5. Intellectual Property

7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 Pricing
All fees are displayed on the Platform in the applicable currency and are subject to change. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the User.
7.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment processor. Vorlixo does not store payment card data.
7.3 Refund Policy

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result from use of our courses or materials.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vorlixo and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Vorlixo in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vorlixo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, third parties, or our business.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and any Content will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
